APPLE DUMPLING CAKE
1& 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c. apples, diced
1 c. nuts
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter, softened
1/4 c. milk
Prehat oven 350
combine oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Stir to combine
Add apples and nuts
Stir well and pour into Bundt pan or a 9X13 pan.
Bake 1 hour.
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, butter and milk.
Pour mixture over top of cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
Let set for at least 1&1/2 hours before removing from pan.
